System stores live video in Digital Format for history records. It also takes a snapshot of key events and is time stamped and stored along with all the other data. Voice Mail pre-approval System is an automated Interactive Voice Response system allowing residents to call a number and leave instructions on an expected visitor within seconds. System allows handling traffic on up to 2 phone lines along with advanced features on security and a recorded history. Driver's License Scanning; when the visitor arrives at the property the guard swipes the drivers’ license and the data from the driver license is read in by the system and entered in the respective fields. If the Visitor is pre-approved and is present in the database then the resident‘s name/s who had approved the visitor appears in the control list. Note: Many of the features described are optional. They will be designed and integrated into the system to meet the customer’s specific needs. Pricing will reflect the base cost with customer specified optional features priced separately.
